1. General Policy

At TrafficDistro Pro, all credit purchases are handled offline through UPI, bank transfer, WhatsApp, or other agreed methods. Because of the nature of digital services and instant credit allocation, we follow a strict no-refund policy in most cases.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent service delivery for an extended period (more than 48 hours)
  • Duplicate or erroneous credit additions made by mistake
  • Service termination initiated by us without any fault from the client
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or change in business requirements
  • Unused credits due to low traffic demand
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Credits already consumed through traffic delivery
  • Issues caused by client-side configurations or third-party services
4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

  • Your registered email/username
  • Transaction reference / payment proof
  • Reason for refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the same method used for the original payment (UPI, bank transfer, etc.). Processing time may vary between 5–15 business days depending on the payment method.
